The Condominium has to approach the Court of Law (Civil Court), even for trivial matters. These limitations also hamper the recovery of maintenance charges from defaulting apartment owners in the long run. Another hand, there is a provision for recovery either through the Deputy Registrar or the Housing Federation in the case of society. This is not possible in the case of Apartment Condominiums, ultimately leading to collective losses and distress.
