Sanjay Suryavanshi is responsible for the overall leadership, strategy and management of Society Plus. He heads the redevelopment and consultancy divisions and brings over 25 years of liasioning expertise. Sanjay founded Society Plus in 1989 with the sole purpose of helping co-operative societies manage society funds and comply with housing society bye-laws, thereby creating a happy resonating culture around the place you live. He is a technology buff, which explains the best in class technology implemented at Society Plus. Society Plus has digitized audits, revenue management and society management and strongly recommends use of technology in societies they serve.

Sanjay has been featured in numerous leading newspapers in Pune for his initiatives. He is also an active member on a number of panels for the co-operative housing society sector. Sanjay holds a G.D.C.A (Diploma in Taxation and Law) degree and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Pune University. Sanjay is an avid reader and enjoys non-fiction novels.

Vijay Oswal heads the marketing department at Society Plus. He has over 30+ years of experience in the real estate field and is a renowned and trusted name in the real estate industry. He has commissioned numerous projects for renowned builders in Pune and Mumbai. His expertise in the field of real estate helps Society Plus understand the nuances of the real estate industry and builder fraternity.

Recently he has been bestowed additional responsibility of Maintenance Management System service of Society Plus. Outside of work, Vijay is a voracious reader and loves to explore newer things.

Nilima Suryavanshi has been heading the Finance and Administration department since 2010. She brings in extensive experience in finance and has in-depth knowledge of administration policies. She has recently been bestowed with additional responsibility of Human Resource department at Society Plus.

Recently she has been awarded for her outstanding work in Society Consultancy by The Real Woman Wards 2021. Outside work, Nilima likes to keep herself busy with reading.

Shankar Suryavanshi is responsible for accounting and audit process for over more than 250 societies in Pune. He is also handles management consultancy, statutory documentation and conducting annual general meetings for various societies. Shankar has over 10 years of experience in accounting and operations and has also set up a complete unit for audits at Society Plus.

Prior to Society Plus, Shankar worked with Pune Merchants Co-Op Bank. Shankar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Arts and G.D.C.A.

Shankar is actively involved in cultural activities and is a member of Ajay Atul Dhol Pathak and performs in numerous stage shows.

Nilesh Suryavanshi looks into liasioning and registration of societies across Pune. He also looks after the business development activities and provides consultancy services for society formation since 2006.

Nilesh has completed his G.D.C.A. and holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from Yashvant Rao Chavan Open University. Nilesh loves to travel and explore different cultures and has travelled across India.

Ashish Suryavanshi is responsible for conveyance deed execution for both societies and developers and business development activities at Society Plus since 2010. Ashish strongly believes that trust and success only come if there is transparency across the system.

He has previously worked with Wipro Ltd. In the Investment Banking process. Ashish holds an MBA Degree from Pune University and a Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce from SP College, Pune.
